Multi Gemstone Necklace with Boulder Opal
Featuring 32” of wire wrapped gemstones, a boulder opal and a gold bronze medallion. This long chain of multi gems, wraps around the necklace twice. The closure is a gold bronze toggle clasp. The boulder opal is set in 14k gold fill on sterling silver, it has been oxidised and lightly polished. The gems have been wire wrapped on a dark oxidised chain in 14k gold fill wire.
The opal measures 18mm x 9mm and is 5cts. The medallion is approximately 17mm.

I bought this necklace as gift to myself for my upcoming birthday which is on June 9th ordered early to make sure it would get here on time but also to make sure it didn't go out of stock. So glad I did! The necklace came quick (I live in the US) and decided to take a peak to make sure it wasn't broken. It wasn't but it's so beautiful I broke my rule that I would officially open and wear the necklace on my birthday...I have been wearing it everyday:)

Very pretty boulder opal ring - it does remind me of the night sky. I can see that I will have to be careful with the setting as it is easy to catch the 'prongs' in certain materials, but I was aware of this when I purchased. Certainly recommend.
