Featuring a stunning Yowah Nut opal, chocolate with caramel host rock and blue and green colour play. The stone measures 21mm x 12mm. This ring is a US 7 UK N 1/2.
Yowah Nuts are a unique type of Australian Boulder Opal. From the outside, they look like ordinary, rough brown pebbles or spherical ironstone nodules. However, cutting or cracking them open reveals mesmerizing cores of hidden colour.

I bought this necklace as gift to myself for my upcoming birthday which is on June 9th ordered early to make sure it would get here on time but also to make sure it didn't go out of stock. So glad I did! The necklace came quick (I live in the US) and decided to take a peak to make sure it wasn't broken. It wasn't but it's so beautiful I broke my rule that I would officially open and wear the necklace on my birthday...I have been wearing it everyday:)

Very pretty boulder opal ring - it does remind me of the night sky. I can see that I will have to be careful with the setting as it is easy to catch the 'prongs' in certain materials, but I was aware of this when I purchased. Certainly recommend.
