Purple Opal Pendant
Featuring a beautiful boulder opal necklace. The stone has purple and blue colour. This beauty is bezel set in recycled fine and layered sterling silver, oxidised and polished to a rustic patina with an 18k gold dot. The pendant hangs from a lightly oxidised sterling silver 18” chain and fastens at the front with hand forged hooks and a gold bronze link. The stone measures 24mm x 11mm and is 6.80cts.

I bought this necklace as gift to myself for my upcoming birthday which is on June 9th ordered early to make sure it would get here on time but also to make sure it didn't go out of stock. So glad I did! The necklace came quick (I live in the US) and decided to take a peak to make sure it wasn't broken. It wasn't but it's so beautiful I broke my rule that I would officially open and wear the necklace on my birthday...I have been wearing it everyday:)

Very pretty boulder opal ring - it does remind me of the night sky. I can see that I will have to be careful with the setting as it is easy to catch the 'prongs' in certain materials, but I was aware of this when I purchased. Certainly recommend.
